Senior AGM

Our Senior AGM took place last Sunday afternoon in our community rooms and had a good attendance. Club Secretary, Conor Culloo gave a report of the club’s activities over the past 12 months and acknowledged the hard work put in by club members in their various roles. Reports on Club Development, Finance and Juvenile Academy were also read. Out-going Club Chairman, Terry Boyle also spoke briefly about the achievements of the club, on and off the pitch and he wished the incoming executive to be chaired by Jimmy Mulligan every success for 2018 and beyond that. Most of the current officers present at the AGM agreed to stay on for another year with the exception of Terry Boyle, Christy Murphy and Kieran O’Shea who stepped down as Chairman, Assistant Treasurer and Health and Wellbeing Officer now known as Safety Officer respectively. Current Juvenile Chairperson, Marie Fitzgibbon also took on the role of Scor and Cultural Officer.

The positions of Assistant Treasurer, Safety Officer, Player’s Rep. and St. Brendan’s Board Delegate are to be appointed soon. Hopefully these positions will be filled in the New Year. Former Chairman, James Costello also agreed to join in as an executive member.
