Derryquay Fundraiser

We are currently in the process of creating a cookbook for our school / community. We would love to add family favourite recipes to our book from people in the community, so they can always be cherished. If you have a dish you would like to include, we would be delighted to hear from you, contact Irene Enright 0871233254 for more info. Thank you.

U11

Last Sunday we hosted Templenoe in a back fixture in the Central League Go Games. We also invited Dingle, so we had a blitz of games played in great spirit. Thanks to Kenny from Dingle and Shane from Templenoe and their respective teams for making the journey to Blennerville and to all the parents of the boys and girls who played.

Special mention to our two refs Killian and Zach for doing a great job and to Fiona for arranging treats for the players afterwards. The Parish League finals take place this coming Friday at 5:15pm so we encourage all club members to come and support our star u9 and u11 players.

U12

Our U12 girls commenced their first indoor training session last Wednesday evening at Blennerville National School. The girls are also continuing their couch to 5k every Thursday and are progressing well with 5 weeks complete and 5 to go. Thanks to Therese and Ruth for keeping the girls motivated as the weather changes.
