Healthy Club Event
Another great turnout for last week’s couch to 5k the group braved the rain they ran 2.5k to Moran’s Shop and came back by Lohercannon to Blennerville. Well done to all keep up the great work. We look forward to continuing our Thursday evening couch to 5k at 7pm on Thursday evenings.
We have 2 more training runs progressively increasing the running time with the finale being the Tralee Park Run on the 19th of November. These runs will go ahead in the rain unless there is a yellow/ orange or red weather warning! Derryquay Fundraiser
