Support St Pats by Supporting Rock St Post Office

Rock St Post Office is currently putting the exclusive right to sell club Lotto tickets on its premises out to tender
The club that can show that their supporters use and avail of the Services on offer at Rock St PO the most between September and December will be awarded the exclusive rights to sell its Lotto tickets for a 3 year period.

As a St Pats supporter you are being asked to support Rock St Post Office by availing of some of the many services that are there, including: savings bank, full set of banking services – lodgements, withdrawals, bill payments etc, bill pay services, phone sales and top ups, passports, TV licences, foreign exchange, one-for-all gift vouchers and many others.

The support that we all give Rock St Post Office will result in our club being further supported. You are asked that any time that you do a transaction in Rock St Post Office that you mention to the counter staff that you are supporting St Pats. The counter staff will take a note of that and credit that transaction to St Pats.

The club that can show the most support of Rock St PO will have their lotto tickets sold there. You are encouraged therefore to use, as much as you can, the convenient services that are available at Rock St Post Office. Naomh Padraig Abu.

Blennerville Derrymore CFR

Blennerville Derrymore CFR will be holding an information evening on 10th November at Derryquay National School. the time for this event is 7pm and the CFR scheme covers the area between Blennerville and Derrymore, including the townlands of Curragraigue, Tonevane, Annagh and Curraheen.

This voluntary scheme will work with the National ambulance Service in providing early assistance to those in need of emergency medical care. All are invited to attend.

Movember

Movember are being supported by the GAA again this year to stop men dying too young. On average men die 6 years earlier than women, the reasons for this are complicated but it’s clear that men aren’t comfortable talking about their health, feelings or going to the doctor and instead they suffer in silence.

With 1 in 8 Irish men being diagnosed with prostate cancer and 8 in 10 suicides being men, it’s clear that we need to take action.
Please support a very worthy cause! Log on to www.movember.com for more details
