Lotto

There was no winner of our Club Lotto Jackpot on Sunday night last. The numbers drawn were 11, 13, 23 & 28. The five €30 consolation prizes went to Emmet Kelly Ballyseedy, Marie Corkery c/o Kevin Quirke, Mike Shanahan c/o The Rock Inn, John Kelliher Lohercannan and Trevor Lyons c/o Tony Casey.

Next week’s Lotto will have a Jackpot of €3,200 and the draw will take place this Sunday night Jan 8th in Keane’s Bar. Lotto tickets are available from the usual outlets or any Club officer.

Juvenile Academy – The Big Kick-Off

Training for our U6/U8 & U10 stars will commence on Sunday January 8th.  After a few weeks in hibernation, our future heroes are enthusiastic about the new season and are raring for action.

U6 & U8 at 10am & U10 at 11am. The venue is Presentation Secondary School Hall and everyone is welcome.This is an ideal opportunity for new members to join our fantastic club, meet new buddies and have great fun. Please bring your friends and make some new ones.

Jimmy Duffy Memorial Cycle 2017

Calling all cyclists, dust down the bikes as the Jimmy Duffy Memorial Cycle takes place on January 7th at 11:00am from St. Pats GAA Club, Blennerville. The cycle will travel to Castleisland town centre and home followed by deserved refreshments, tea and coffee in the Windmill Bar Blennerville. There will be a Mass in Curraheen at 8pm followed by a traditional session & refreshments in Quanes bar.

Curraheen Church Vigil Mass Time

There has been a request for an earlier Vigil Mass in Curraheen Church for some time. Following discussion it has been decided to take a vote. You will have an opportunity to vote on the weekend of January 14th and 15th at both the Saturday and Sunday Masses in Curraheen Church, on the following three options:
1) Retain Vigil Mass time at 8pm
2) Change Vigil mass time to 7.30pm.
3) Have Vigil Mass time at 7.30pm in winter and 8pm in summer.
