A STATUS Yellow Rainfall warning has been issued for Kerry and several other counties to come into effect overnight.
Very heavy rain will develop overnight and into Saturday with spot flooding, 25 to 35mm expected. The rain may turn to snow in parts for a time. The warning is valid from Friday at 9pm on to 12 noon on Saturday.
