THE wet and windy weather is making for a miserable January so far weatherwise in Kerry.
After the Status Orange warning on Monday, Met Eireann has now issued a Status Yellow Wind warning for Kerry.
They say south to southeast winds of 50 to 65 km/hr with gusts 90 to 110 km/hr, will hit the county on tomorrow and will be strongest on coasts and hills. The warning is valid from midnight tonight until 12 noon on Thursday.

There’ll be rain on Thursday morning, but it will ease by afternoon as a clearance to bright spells and showers moves in. Top temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees in strong to gale force southeast winds which will veer southwest to west later in the day.
