A JEEP and trailer, stolen from the Leith area outside town, was used in a robbery in Ardfert between Saturday night and Sunday morning which saw a quantity of metal stolen.
The 00 Galway-registered blue Izuzu jeep and an 8×4 trailer double axel, dull silver colour, galvanised with a frame in the front was then found abandoned in Abbeyfeale on Sunday morning.
If anybody saw the jeep and trailer in the Ardfert area on Saturday night/Sunday morning, or indeed travelling in the Abbeyfeale direction at that time to contact Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300.
