Second Year students from Coláiste Gleann Lí with the shoeboxes for Arlington Lodge.
COLÁISTE Gleann Lí Second Years organised a Shoebox Appeal recently for Arlington Lodge, Kerry’s only temporary-supported homeless facility, situated on Church Street.
The students wanted to do something for local people in Tralee in need this Christmas so they gathered cosmetics, games etc for the boxes.
Tom Wall from Novas Initiative who run Arlington Lodge came to the school on Monday morning to collect the boxes and was very appreciative of the efforts of the pupils.
