THE Summer Stars Reading Adventure begins in your local library on this Saturday, June 15.

Each year Kerry Library runs free summer reading programmes for primary school children to promote literacy development during the holidays and to encourage readers and not so regular readers to engage with books.

Each child is invited to register for the adventure and will receive their own Reading Card to record and track their progress.
