BALLYROE Heights Hotel will host ‘A Taste of Christmas’ cookery demonstration for the second year running.

This event is a fundraiser for Ardfert N.S. and promises to be a great event following on the success of last year. The school is very fortunate to have a talented group of parents, so much so that this year, Kevin O’Connor, father of Emily in Third Class, along with the Tralee Culinary Gangsters will present their Christmas cookery demonstration.

The Tralee Culinary Gangsters are a group of local and former hospitality professionals who write a blog about food and wild local edibles.

The demonstration will take place on Thursday, December 1 at 8pm in Ballyroe Heights Hotel.  Come early for a mulled wine reception from 7.30pm onwards. Tickets are €10 and are available from Ardfert NS or at the door on the night.
