THE Warriors are ready. Are you?
Monday night saw the Garvey’s Tralee Warriors gather at the Brandon Hotel for the launch of the new Men’s Superleague basketball season which gets underway this weekend.
New players like Janis Dumbers and Jordan Evans were there as well as the rest of the squad, who will be aiming to emulate their top 4 finishes in the past two years and maybe even win the Superleague title to add to their two Champions Trophy wins in as many seasons.

It’ll be some Saturday night at the complex as the opener is against Keane’s Supervalu Killorglin, so expect a real derby atmosphere at a game that is sure to be a sellout.
The U10s from St Brendan’s and Tralee Imperials will show their skills at half time and the famous Garvey’s half time half-court challenge shot will also return.
There’ll be a raffle for fabulous prizes, new merchandise on sale and you can meet the players, get photos and autographs afterwards. It tips off from 7.30pm but get there as early as you can before it sells out.
