There Are 271 Confirmed Cases Of COVID-19 In Kerry

THERE are three more confirmed cases of the Coronavirus in Kerry, with the total so far now at 271.

The national figures were revealed at the daily briefing from the Department of Health this evening.

28 more people have died from the Coronavirus in Ireland.  This brings the total of people who have died after contracting COVID-19 to 794.

The number of people who have tested positive for the virus in the Republic of Ireland, now stands at 17,607 after 936 new cases were confirmed this evening.

Kerry has the 14th most cases in the country after Dublin (8,216), Cork (1,087), Kildare (875), Meath (550), Louth (506), Wicklow (469), Cavan (466), Donegal (431), Limerick (420), Westmeath (395), Mayo (365), Tipperary (327) and Galway (315). The Department’s Covid-19 information dashboard can be accessed by clicking here.
