There Are Now 277 Confirmed Cases Of COVID-19 In Kerry

THERE was an increase of one in the number of confirmed cases of the Coronavirus in Kerry announced this evening, with the total so far in the county officially at 277.

26 more people have died from the Coronavirus in Ireland.  This brings the total of people who have died after contracting COVID-19 to 1,087.

The number of people who have tested positive for the virus in the Republic of Ireland, now stands at 19,262 after 701 new cases were confirmed this evening.

Kerry has the 15th most cases in the country after Dublin (9,224), Cork (1,110), Kildare (1,028), Meath (613), Louth (597), Cavan (574), Wicklow (561), Donegal (446), Limerick (442), Westmeath (437), Mayo (435), Monaghan (350), Tipperary (346) and Galway (332). The Department’s Covid-19 information dashboard can be accessed by clicking here.
