There Are Now 44 Confirmed Cases Of Coronavirus In Kerry

THERE are now 44 confirmed cases of the Coronavirus in Kerry, up six from yesterday.

The national figures were revealed at the daily briefing from the Department of Health this evening.

An additional 305 people have tested positive for the virus in the Republic of Ireland, bringing the total to 2,121.

Kerry has the sixth most cases in the country after Dublin (922), Cork (171), Galway (57), Wicklow (52) and Kildare (45).

Three more people have died from the Coronavirus in Ireland. This brings the total of people who have died after contracting COVID-19 to 22. . The Department’s Covid-19 information dashboard can be accessed by clicking here.
