WEATHER warnings have been a feature of the start of 2018 with wind, rain, snow, ice and fog alerts issued by Met Eireann for Kerry.
The latest one to affect the county is a Status Yellow Rainfall Warning for Friday afternoon through to Saturday morning.
Heavy rainfall expected later Friday, overnight and into early Saturday with falls of 30 to 50mm expected in Kerry, Galway, Mayo, Clare and Cork. The warning is valid from Friday at 3pm to Saturday at 12noon.
