Tralee-Based Business Wins Education Website Of The Year Award

TRALEE-BASED eCommerce business Schoolbooks.ie has been named as the winner in the Education Website of the Year award category in the Digital Business Ireland-Permanent TSB National Digital Awards 2021.

Schoolbooks.ie was also named as runner-up in the National Website of the Year award category. Now in its second year, the awards recognise the very best of digital in Ireland and reward businesses, organisations, people and innovations.

Founded in 2004, Schoolbooks.ie has its headquarters in Tralee since 2014. They were initially based in the Tom Crean Centre in Kerry Technology Park, but over the past year have moved to Monavalley Industrial Estate, where they have recently purchased a new office and warehouse to base their management, finance, customer care and product teams.

In light of Covid, the awards were held virtually on Wednesday, February 3, however, the awards will be given in person at the National Digital Awards luncheon to be held in Dublin on Thursday, May 19 with an address by the Minister for Small Business, Damien English T.D.
