THE Tralee-based company, Altobridge has been sold by a receiver for €4million according to a report in The Sunday Times.
The company, which employed 130 people internationally, went into receivership in June last year with the loss of 45 jobs.
The paper reports that the receiver to Altobridge shows its software assets and patents were sold for €4million with the lab equipment selling for $25,000.
The mobile phone technology company, which was based at Kerry Technology Park, had offices in Malaysia, North America and China.
The funds from the sale were used to pay creditors.
