Tralee Company Hits The Road For Mental Health Ireland

About to hit the road for the ViClarity 5K A Day campaign on Thursday were; Neil O’Sullivan, Aidan Harrington, Ogie Sheehy (CEO), Tracy Fitzgerald, Daniel Murphy, Mark Healy.

TRALEE-BASED company ViClarity have started a charity fundraiser in aid of Mental Health Ireland.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of Mental Health Ireland and to celebrate this achievement the ViClarity Team will seek to run 5 kilometres a day for 10 consecutive days, reaching a total of 50 kilometres – one kilometre to mark each year of Mental Health Ireland’s existence.

The first run of the fundraiser took place on Thursday starting at the ViClarity office in the Tom Crean Business Centre, Tralee. The run combines Mental Health Ireland’s “Five Ways to Wellbeing” which included connecting with others, being active, taking notice, learning and giving.

ViClarity hope that the run will raise vital funds for Mental Health Ireland and raise awareness for the brilliant work they do all around Ireland.

Details of the campaign and how to donate can be found on the ViClarity social media channels Twitter and LinkedIn.

ViClarity will be making a donation to Mental Health Ireland at the end of the campaign and will also donate any other funds gathered from the run.
