Tralee has gone down the rankings in the latest IBAL table.
IT’S not a great start to the year for Tralee as the town has slipped in its classification in the Irish Business Against Litter (IBAL) table.
After being placed third in the table in August, with a standard of being ‘Cleaner Than European Norms’, the town has slipped back to 17th place and down to ‘Clean To European Norms’.

The result will be a setback to the sterling work which has been done by the people from various organisations, but it must be remembered that this time last year, Tralee was placed in 25th place in the table and went on the vastly improve its standing.
Killarney dropped from 1st to sixth place in the table, but retains its ‘Cleaner Than European Norms’ standard.
