Designers Florists in Tralee was a winner in the Fuinneog Is Gaelaí competition.
A TRALEE florist was among the winners in a window dressing competition held during Seachtain Na Gaeilge.
The Fuinneog is Gaelaí competition, was a great success again as part of the event and seventeen businesses/shops/groups took part in the contest. The fruits of their labour can be seen by clicking here.
The main winners for 2017 were Betty McGrath’s i Lios Tuathail, Siopa na Feirme sa Choireán, Designer Flowers i dTrá lí at Gas Terrace and The Irish Pub Shop i gCill Áirne.

“This is the second year that the best Irish window competition has been run during Seachtain na Gaeilge in Kerry and we are delighted with the result,” said Pádraig Mac Fhearghusa, Conradh na Gaeilge.
“Shops and businesses in Listowel and South & West Kerry were particularly active and we’re delighted that Tralee businesses took part this year.”
Conradh na Gaeilge are very grateful for the support of Kerry County Council’s Community Support Fund and Oifig na Gaeilge. The prizes will be presented at 7.30pm in Meadowlands Hotel, Tralee, Wednesday, April 5.
