John Mitchels GAA Grounds at Ballyseedy will host the Tralee Gardaí Open Day on Saturday, August 19.
AN Garda Síochána, Tralee are hoping for a great turnout from the public at their open day which takes place during the Rose of Tralee Festival.
The John Mitchel’s GAA Complex at Ballyseedy will be the venue on Saturday, August 19 for the event which will run from 12pm to 4pm and is open to all.
It’s a family day and there will be a wide selection of specialist equipment on display including Armed Support Units, Garda Dog Units, Garda Mounted Units and weather permitting, the Air Support Unit have promised to ‘drop’ in.

Community Garda and Dancing With The Stars champion, Aidan O’Mahony, will also be there to chat with people.
In addition to Garda units, this event is also supported by their emergency services colleagues in Kerry County Fire Service, Irish Red Cross, Ballybunion Sea and Cliff Rescue and the Irish Coast Guard.
