IT’S been a good week for Tralee Golf Club when on Sunday they ended a wait of 67 years without a AIG Munster Junior Cup and will play for All-Ireland honours next month.
Then the juvenile members of the club got in on the winning act this week when they won the Kerry Junior League competition at Killarney Golf and Fishing Club.
The first Munster Junior Cup title since 1949 was secured with a victory over Tipperary in Cork Golf Club last Sunday.

The team will now travel to Carton House, Kildare and attempt to go one step further and beat the best Ireland has to offer on the second week in September.
The team was managed by Billy Naughton and Brian Hennebery.
