Ballyseede Castle Hotel has made the shortlist for the Hotel & Catering Review Gold Medal awards.
TWO Tralee hotels are in the running for prestigious 2015 Hotel & Catering Review Gold Medal awards.
Ballyseede Castle Hotel and Ballygarry House Hotel are nominated in the Ireland’s Country House and Guest House and the Ireland’s Four Star Hotel categories respectively.
Running for more than two decades, the Hotel & Catering Review Gold Medal Awards are recognised as the leading independent awards programme for the Irish hospitality industry.
Killarney hotels are to the fore in a number of categories with Aghadoe Heights Hotel and Spa, The Dunloe, Muckross Park Hotel, The Europe Hotel and Resort and Killeen House Hotel in the running in various categories.
Elsewhere in Kerry, Carrig Country House and Restaurant at Caragh Lake, Jack’s Bar and Restaurant in Cromane, The Sheen Falls and The Park in Kenmare and Castlewood House and Skellig Hotel in Dingle all make the shortlist in the different categories.
The awards will be presented at a black tie gala dinner at the Crowne Plaza Dublin on September 29.
