The main speakers were dietitian, Melissa Costello and the club’s Director of Basketball Operations at Tralee Imperials, Mark Bernson.

The night was found to be very beneficial as it gave the Imperials a chance to come together and plan their eating habits for the new season.

Mark Bernsen, will be a name very familiar to basketball followers in Tralee. The American native was a successful coach with Tralee Tigers and has returned to town from a stint coaching in Switzerland.

Along with his duties as Director of Basketball, Bernson, will also coach the Senior Ladies and u20 Men’s team that will compete in Division 1 of the National League as well as in the County League.
