Brian Cody is highly entertained, at the slagging Johnny Downey gets from Mark Ryall, about a missing sliotar, that mysteriously showed up at the Tralee Parnells Awards Night.

In a proud and historic moment for our growing club, the legend and true gentleman of hurling Brian Cody, did us the honour of presenting the Tralee Parnells Hurling and Camogie Awards 2014, in a wonderful ceremony at the Meadowlands on Friday night the 12th of December.
Everybody present will long remember, the generosity of Brian Cody, his sage words of advice and encouragement to your young charges and his extreme generosity, in posing for photos with players and their families, autographing hurleys and jerseys, and staying late into the evening to make himself available to all members of our club community.
Brian Cody and Camogie Chairwoman Carmel Moloney congratulated our Kerry U14 camogie development squad members Clodagh Begley, Hannah Sharkey, Lia O’Connell, Ruth O’Connell and Yasmine Sultan.
Also commended by Kilkenny legendary coach Brian Cody for achieving county squad places were Kerry U14s Devon Burns, James McDonnell, Brian Lonergan, Cathal Dunne. Kerry Under 15s Lee browne, Johnny Downey, Ciaran O’Reilly. Kerry Under 16s Sean Hartnett, Ciaran Breen, Robert Dowd.
Brian Cody presented a special award to Brian Lonergan, who won the Under 14 Christy Ring Skills Star competition in June. Young Brian came a very impressive 4th, in the overall national competition.
We were delighted to see our VIP guest Brian Cody also present their Players of the Year Awards to
Under 12 Cian Cronin, Under 13 Ruarí O Sullivan, Under 14 Brian Lonergan, Under 15 Ciaran O Reilly and Under 16 Ciaran Breen.
