Kerry U15 team who beat Carlow:

Good photo on Parnells Facebook of the Kerry U15 team who beat Carlow and narrowly lost to Wexford by a penalty in the 4th minute of additional time in Tipperary at the weekend.  Well done to Jerome Daly, Tadhg Reen and Niall Cassidy who did Tralee Parnells proud.

Well Done Under 10 Boys:

Thanks to Abbeydorney GAA for the invitation to their Under 10 blitz Saturday morning. Parnells played Lixnaw, Causeway and the hosts Abbeydorney winning all three matches. The progress our players have made since the first blitz this year has been impressive and we’re looking forward to the last North Kerry blitz hosted by Parnells and also the trip to the Clonlara blitz the week after. Following their win in the Bill Mangan memorial tournament last weekend our U10’s made the front page of the Kerryman Sports pages this week, great action shot of Cathal O’Sullivan too. Training is back to normal next week on Tuesday and Friday. Please bring any tickets / money that have sold for the fundraiser to training. Our home blitz is on September 8th in Caherslee. Can everyone advise of availability to the manager.

Kerry at Camogie All Ireland:
RSVP to Carmel if you would like to take a supporters bus to the Camogie All-Ireland Finals, Sun Sep 9.  Since KY is in the Junior Final (for the 1st time) at 12N, we will leave KY by 7A to be in seats when the team comes out on the pitch. The intermediate match is at 2P & the senior final is at 4:15P.

Under 13 Boys:
Tralee Parnells vs Ballyheigue North Kerry U13 B final, takes place on Tuesday August 28th @ Kilmoyley 7.00pm.  Parnells defeated Ballyheigue in the first round of this competition in a tight game in Ballyheigue. Since then Ballyheigue have put up some big scores in the remainder of their games. Were expecting another battle on Tuesday and hopefully our lads will come out on top.  Good run out for our U13s Tuesday evening in Caherslee in a challenge game against Crotta. Our lads played very well especially against a stiff breeze in the second half, final score Parnells 3-10 to Crotta 2-09

Camogie Club 7s:
Parnells are Proud of Hannah & Lia for their impressive performances with Causeway at their Club 7’s competition v. Banteer & Carraigaline (two games).
