Celtic Challenge Cup Win:
Congrats to the Kerry Under 17 hurlers on defeating Dublin opposition in the 2019 Celtic Challenge final.
Down 9 points at one stage a goal just before half time reduced the margin to 6. The team showed great heart to battle back and finished up winning by 7 points.
Final score 5-16 to 3-15.
Parnells were represented by Jonathan Lowe, Tadhg Reen, Niall Cassidy on the panel and Ollie Broughton as Coach.

Under 8 and 10 Camogie:
Parnells under 8 and 10 camogie teams took part in the latest blitz in Kilmoyley Saturday morning. Great skill and determination from all the girls, well done to everyone and many thanks to the mentors.

Parnells  Minors:
Tough morning Sunday for our minors in their game against Ballyduff, where we were down a number of players due to clashes and injuries.

But credit to those who were available, after a hard first half where Ballyduff opened up a lead, the Tralee Parnells lads battled on in the second half scoring two goals and taking point chances to make the scoreline a bit more respectable.

Credit to Ballyduff who deserved their win, we hope to see better numbers on the field for Tralee from now on.

Intermediate Men:
Disappointment for our Intermediates Wednesday evening in the latest round of the County League. After a fantastic first half where we led 3-7 to 1-04 confidence was high going into the second half.

We scored the first point of the second half but Abbeydorney stormed back into the game with Aidan Healy and Beano Donovan running riot. Abbeydorney won out 4-14 to 3-11.
We play the same opposition in the preliminary round of the Championship in a few weeks.

Tralee Parnells Kerry Minors:
Congrats to the Kerry minor footballers and well done to Parnells hurlers Luke Chester and Devon Burns who both started for Kerry, great achievement lads.
