Parnells 2019 AGM Motions:
Tralee Parnells Club AGM will be held on the 15th of November 2019 at 7.30 PM.
Nomination and motion forms are available on request from club secretary David Brick, secretary.traleeparnells.kerry@ga.ie
Forms should be returned by email no later than Thursday 7th Nov.

Camogie Strength and Conditioning:
Tralee Parnells camogie players born 2006 or earlier, female club coaches and mentors, club mothers/sisters/aunties etc. are invited to RSVP to Camogie mentors, if you are interested in Strength and Conditioning training with Coach Diarmuid Brennan, November-February, at his new premises at CBS The Green.

Awards Night:
Please save the date for Tralee Parnells Awards and Monster Raffle night on the 8th of November.

Christmas Bagpacking in Dunnes Horans:
Parnells have been fortunate enough to secure Christmas bagpacking in Dunnes Horans on December 22nd 9am-9pm which  has great potential to generate funds for the club. We need the help of parents and families  to make this a successful event.  Please contact club mentors to provide your availability.

Club Meeting:
Tralee Parnells Club Meeting Tue 22 Oct 8.30 mtg in KOR to review the year, take suggestions for 2020.

Well Done Tralee CBS Senior Hurlers:
From The Green Tralee CBS social media October 16 (this team includes several Tralee Parnells).
Senior Hurlers Win Munster Championship first match.
Our senior hurlers began the defence of the Munster Championship today with a comprehensive win over Ennistymon Vocational School of Clare on a score line of 5.35 to 2.5.
Well done to everyone involved.  Next game Wed 6th Nov 19 @12:30 PM.

Good Work Clanmaurice:
Well done Clanmaurice who faced Tramore in the Munster Junior Club Camogie Semi-Final at WIT and emerged with the spoils.  Clanmaurice hit the ground running and led by 1-2 to 0-2 at the 23 minute mark and this was the score at the interval. By the 39th minute of the second half, the visitors had stretched their lead to 1-6 to 0-2. Tramore tried hard to rally but Clanmaurice proved too strong and went on to win on a scoreline of 2-9 to 0-5. Clanmaurice will face Doora-Barefield of Clare in the final following their victory over Crecora of Limerick in the other semi-final.

Kerry Camogie Secondary School Blitz:
Good luck all Tralee Parnells Camogie players taking part in the Kerry Camogie Secondary School Blitz. Takes place at Causeway Comprehensive School on Wednesday 23 October from 10am to 1pm and is for 1st to 3rd years. Teams will be eleven a side. Entry Fee is €30 per school and schools can enter as many teams as they wish.
