Kerry Camogie Development Schools coaching
Kerry Camogie is running an after schools programme for boys and girls from Junior Infants upwards. This is to encourage children who may never have tried hurling or camogie before to try it out and hopefully then join their local club. There was a very successful programme run recently in Presentation Primary School in Tralee, so hopefully we may see some new members over the coming year.

Registration
All team managers are asked to provide a list of players currently training and expected to return soon to the Club Secretary, as they need to be entered on the GAA registration system. All players, senior and juvenile, are asked to register for the 2020 season via the online registration as soon as possible and ideally no later than the end of March.

U12s Camogie
Tralee Parnells U12s have been invited by Sliabh Luachra Camogie Club to a fun morning of Camogie, including Poc Fada, skills and a match, to celebrate Féile na Cúlach, at Cordal GAA pitch next Saturday 7th March at 10am. This is a great opportunity for the girls who have just started back for the season or who haven’t yet returned to get some valuable playing time. Please contact the U12 Camogie Management team for furher details and to confirm availability. Training continues every Monday evening 8-9pm on CBS Tralee Astro pitch.

U14 Boys
The County League for the U14 hurlers commences on Saturday 4th April. There has been a good turnout so far to training sessions on Friday evenings 7-8 pm in ITT Astro and Ball Wall sessions in Abbeydorney on Monday evenings. The management team will be organising challenge matches in advance of the start of the competitive season, most likely each Saturday in March, but will need the full panel available. If there are still players to return for the season, please contact the U14 Management team to advise of when the players are likely to return.
Spring Academy
Training continues every Friday from 7-8pm in the Kerry Sports Academy for our U6 boys & girls, U8 and U10 boys. New players are always welcome & playing equipment is available. Cost of the 6 week Spring Academy is €15 to cover the cost of the hall. All players should wear runners. To register or for more information, please contact Club Secretary David Brick on 0851355566.

Parkrun

Why not join Tralee Parnells Hurling and Camogie club every Saturday morning at 9.30am in Tralee Town Park for the Tralee Parkrun. It’s a great community event where people can get together and walk or run 5k.  Anyone can register at parkrun.ie/register and it’s a free event.  Look forward to seeing everyone there, and make sure to bring your barcode.
