Bring a Friend

Boys and girls living in the Tralee, Ballymac, Blennerville, Churchill and Fenit areas are welcome to come along and try out Hurling and Camogie with Tralee Parnells.  The club will supply equipment for the first few weeks so come along and try it out.  Bring a friend with you and make new friends when you’re there.  U6 boys and girls train at 6pm on Friday in the GAA grounds in Caherslee. Hurling training times on Fridays: U7 at 6:00pm, U9 at 6:45pm, U11 at 6:30pm. Camogie training times on Fridays: U8 at 6:15pm, U10 at 6:30pm. The U12 Camogie team train on Saturday at 10am.  Check out Facebook for full details of the club’s training schedule.

Know your hurley
There are many options when it comes to choosing the right hurley or hurl !. Very often it comes down to personal choice. This week we have posted some useful information from the GAA for the beginner or experienced player on this topic.  Details can be found on our Facebook page and at http://www.traleeparnellshurling.blogspot.com.

Membership and Registration
All hurling and camogie players must be registered and have paid membership so if there are still some players who haven’t registered, they are asked to do so immediately.  Registration can be renewed at https://clubforce.com/clubs/gaa-tralee-parnells-hurling-camogie-club-kerry/ or by downloading the App.  If you already have the app you just need to add Tralee Parnells as another club. Once registered, members should download the App and ensure that notifications are enabled.
