THE third annual Tralee Rock, Blues & Motorcycle Festival will be launched at the Meadowlands Hotel this Friday night.
Organised by the Gin Palace Bar Stewards Motorcycle Club, this chilled out night of blues will be a warm-up to the main event, which takes place from November 11-13 in the hotel.
Entry to the event on Friday is a donation to Kerry Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (KSPCA) and music comes from Rock & Blues DJ David Foley.
At the festival in November, Rock and Blues bands such as Chapter 2, ‘The Real Deal’ Rock Band, Martin Cummins, The Stone Cold Hobos Blues Band, The Inglourious Bar-Stewards, David King, and more will take to the stage on the Friday and Saturday nights.
There is also family events and exhibitions planned during Saturday daytime, along with spot prizes, drinks promotions, raffles and more during the nights. Weekend ticket is €20, or €10 for Friday night and €15 for Saturday. All profits from the event goes to the KSPCA.
