Tralee Rowing Club is welcoming adults to its open day next Saturday.
TRALEE Rowing Club is inviting people to their Open Day for adults on Saturday, September 1, at the Canal in Tralee from 11.30am to 2.30pm.
This is a great opportunity to try rowing, meet their coaches and adult rowers. The club will have rowing machines and boats available and no previous experience is required.
A spokesperson for the club says; “rowing has many health, social and fitness benefits, like developing endurance and speed, training on the water, meeting new people and having fun.

This can be done either recreationally or competitively. Some of our adult rowers compete at regattas around the country, the most recent one being the Masters Regatta at St. Michael’s Rowing Club in Limerick, last Saturday.”
