The units at Tralee Shopping Centre failed to sell at an auction in Dublin today.
NINE units in Tralee Shopping Centre remain unsold after going under the hammer at today’s Allsop Auction in Dublin.
The units had a reserve price of between €475,000-€525,000 and had a bid at the minimum of €475,000.
Units 1, 6, 8, 10, 10a, 12, 14, 20 and 20a were offered collectively as one lot.
Elsewhere in the auction, No.4 Urban Terrace (Rock Street) fetched a price of €42,500.
The mid-terrace two bedroom house, had a reserve price of €30,000.
