THE students from IT Tralee will be strutting their stuff in Ballyroe Heights Hotel later this month at a special fundraising fashion show at Ballyroe Heights Hotel.
The show, which takes place on Thursday, November 17 at 7.30pm, is organised by the IT Tralee St. Vincent De Paul Society and is in aid of the Christmas hampers and meals, which are delivered on Christmas day to individuals and families. It also supports scholarships for the students who are in desperate need to stay in education due to financial problems.

The IT Tralee St. Vincent De Paul Society is a voluntary group of students that raises awareness and supports students in need e.g. financial, stress, loneliness, hunger, lack of resources, issues with grants, homelessness and isolation.
They provide support by funding Scholarships, food hampers, and food vouchers and link in with other agencies to help students tailored to their needs. A large part of their volunteering involves connecting with people, networking within the campus and other colleges, meeting with college staff and outside agencies. The Fashion Show is only one of many events, which the I.T.T SVP Society organise each year.
