This has led to a full time position in this restaurant. Noel has been collaborating with KCFE over the past year and has brought students on foraging and provided cooking demonstrations using the wild herbs and findings from the expedition.

According to Principal of Kerry College of Further Education (KCFE) Mary Lucey “all at KCFE are behind Dale and are delighted to see his hard work and dedication to his career being recognised by this selection in such a high profile competition.  We wish him and Croí every success going forward”.

She acknowledged the dedication and excellent training that KCFE’s teacher Chef Lanigan Ryan gives to her students and the passion for cooking that she instils in them.  A new intake of Professional Cookery Students has just commenced in the College. For more information, contact kerryfe.ie
