Tralee Woman Wins Best Dressed Lady At Dublin Horse Show

Carol Kennelly from Tralee who won the Best Dressed Lady prize at the Dublin Horse Show.

TRALEE milliner, Carol Kennelly, added another feather to her cap, so to speak, when the acclaimed designer won the Best Dressed Lady competition at the Dublin Horse Show this afternoon.

Carol won the competition in a dress designed by another Kerry woman, Tina Griffin, from Killorglin and of course, her own headpiece.

Carol, who is married to Kerry Kennelly of Kerry’s Eye, walked away with an incredible prize of a shopping trip to New York City worth up to €8,000.

This year’s judges were Brendan Courtney; stylist, presenter and Lennon Courtney designer, world famous milliner and guest of the award winning 5 star g Hotel Galway; Philip Treacy, and the fashion writer and presenter; Angela Scanlon.
