THE Park Hotel in Kenmare has the Best Breakfast in Ireland in a Five-Star hotel.
The famous hotel won the accolade at this year’s Georgina Campbell Irish Breakfast Awards, in association with Fáilte Ireland, announced today at a ceremony at the InterContinental Dublin.
Dingle Benners Hotel won the Three-Star Hotel category while Castlewood House, Dingle and Killarney Lodge, Killarney were Highly Commended in the Guesthouse category. Shelburne Lodge, Kenmare was Highly Commended in the B&B category.

The Irish Breakfast Awards celebrate the finest Irish food producers and those who take special pride in serving the best breakfasts and brunches in Ireland to tourists and locals alike.
The awards were attended by up to 200 representatives from the hospitality industry, food writers and food organisations and with special guest, chef Neven Maguire.
Each establishment on the shortlist was commended by Georgina Campbell’s independent assessment team for creating a breakfast menu that stands out from the crowd.
