DOWN Syndrome Kerry and Avalanche Designs based in North Kerry have both been nominated for a ‘Spider’ award.
Established in 1996, the Spiders is a prestigious digital awards ceremony in Ireland. Avalanche are be nominated for Agency of the Year (<10 staff) while Down Syndrome Kerry is nominated in the Diversity In Digital category.
The awards ceremony will take place at The Mansion House in Dublin on March 31.

Aidan O’Carroll of Avalanche Designs in Ballyduff said it’s the company’s 5th nomination in eight years.
“Our first win at the Spiders would be a fantastic way to mark what will be our tenth year in business later on this year. We have been uncharacteristically quiet in the first two months of 2022 as we have been really busy working with several new clients and it seems like it was just last week we were celebrating Christmas,” he said.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Spider Awards which is dedicated to recognising companies and individuals driving digital excellence in every aspect of their ethos.
