TWO men have appeared in court charged with drug offences after the seizure of €175,000 of cannabis at Fenit and Barrow at the weekend.
David Lidwa (29), with an address at Barrow House, Barrow West Ardfert appeared before the Killorglin District Court on Sunday afternoon charged with possession of cannabis, cultivation of cannabis plants and having in his possession cannabis for sale or supply to another.
Lucasz Duleba (35) of 2 Lighthouse Village, Fenit appeared on charges of cultivation, possession and sale or supply of cannabis at the same address.
The court was told that other serious charges will follow. The two men were remanded in custody to appear in court in Tralee on Wednesday.
