Two More Candidates Added To Kerry Fianna Fáil Ticket For Next Election

Cllr Michael Cahill and Linda Gordon Kelleher join Minister Norma Foley on the Fianna Fáil ticket for the next general election.

KILLARNEY-BASED solicitor Linda Gordon-Kelleher and Cllr Michael Cahill have been added to the Fianna Fáil ticket to contest the next general election in Kerry.

They will join Minister for Education Norma Foley on the ticket.  A mother of four, Linda Gordon-Kelleher is married to Kerry County Council member, Niall Kelleher who represents the Killarney Municipal District.

She was born and raised in Killarney and has deep roots both in the town and throughout South Kerry.

As well as being a practicing solicitor, Linda runs an outsource business process company with her husband and is also a farmer with a keen interest in sustainable and regenerative farming practices.

Cllr Michael Cahill was raised in a political family, with his late father being elected onto Kerry County Council  in 1960.

Following his untimely passing during Christmas 1989, he was co-opted onto Kerry County Council in January 1990 and  has been re-elected on each occasion since including in the most recent election for the 7th consecutive time.
