AFTER his heroics on Saturday night in Chicago for Ireland’s win over the All-Blacks, Ultan Dillane is set to start for his country this weekend against Canada.

It will be the former Tralee RFC player’s first start for Ireland as they face the north Americans in the Guinness November series game at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday at 7.15pm.

Joe Schmidt is also set to give Leinster centre Garry Ringrose and Munster lock Billy Holland a first start too in the game against a side ranked 18 in the world, as he rests some of the starting team after last weekend’s match.

Dillane came on for the final 16 minutes of that game at Soldier Field  and played his part in the historic victory over New Zealand. The Ireland team announced by Joe Schmidt this afternoon is:
