Tralee Shopping Centre where nine units will be auctioned next month.
NINE units in Tralee Shopping Centre will go under the hammer in next month’s Allsop Auction in Dublin, with a reserve price of between €475,000-€525,000.
Units 1, 6, 8, 10, 10a, 12, 14, 20 and 20a will be offered collectively as one lot.
Two units are subject to tenancies (Shoe Zone and Twinning The Kingdoms) and the remainder are vacant. The units are located on a combination of ground and first floors and extend to approximately 786.42 sq. ft (8,465 sq. ft) in total.

The total passing rent on the properties is currently €82,200 per annum.
