SO it’s all over and Mayo still have to break the curse put on them by a priest back in 1951.
One man who played on that team, Paddy Prendergast, resides in Tralee and he showed what a good sport he is by doing the Ice Bucket Challenge on Friday.
He was joined by Kerry’s legendary bagman of the 1970s and 80s, Leo Griffin and another Mayo man Pat Joyce who has been living in Tralee for the past 30 years.
