A SPECTACULAR fireworks display on New Year’s Eve was a great way for families to mark the end of 2015.
Although it was on in the early evening, there was still a great atmosphere as the younger kids were able to see the skies lit up before bedtime.
MC John Drummey started the countdown just before 7.30pm and organisers estimate a crowd of around 4,000 people watched the marvellous display over the Ashe Memorial Hall which lasted for almost 10 minutes.
Later that night there was another fine turnout for the countdown for midnight.
Well done to Tralee Chamber Alliance and all involved for organising the great events.
