THE awards keep on coming for Garvey’s Tralee Warriors.
It has been announced that Pat Price has scooped the Basketball Ireland Men’s Superleague Coach of the Year award after a memorable end to the season that saw Warriors bring home the title for the first time.
The awards were voted for by the respective men’s and women’s National League committees – the MNCC and the WNLC. Pat Price will receive the award at a ceremony in Croke Park, Dublin on Saturday, May 11.
It’s Pat’s first year with the Warriors having replaced Mark Bernsen as head coach in May of last year. Earlier this month, he was named Basketball Ireland Men’s Superleague Coach of the Month for March after Warriors heroic finish to the Superleague. Congrats to Pat on a great season.
