LAST Friday saw Austin Stacks hold a great hooley in Ballygarry House Hotel as part of their centenary celebrations.
Part of the afternoon featured the four protagonists in Mikey Sheehy’s famous 1978 goal in the All-Ireland final, when he cheekily chipped his free into the Dublin net.

Those present also had a chance to see a video where Paddy Cullen, Robbie Kelleher, Ger Power and Mikey Sheehy got together in Croke Park to recreate the goal and it brought the house down.
