FINAL preparations are being made for the biggest night of the year for Austin Stacks GAA Club and their marketing machine has produced some great promo videos in the run up to the event.
The theme of this year’s Strictly Come Dancing event is ‘Dancing Through The Decades’ to reflect the centenary of the club and sees the brave couples take to the dance floor in the Dome this Saturday night.
Hundreds of people are expected to attend for a great night of entertainment as the event will showcase dance styles and music from the last 100 years.

All of the funds raised on the night will go towards the Nun’s Field development at Connolly Park. The dancers have each chosen a charity, and the winning couple will receive a cash donation of €500 for their chosen charity.
Tickets for the night are available from Garveys, Supervalu, Rock Street. Ticket price includes entry to the Locals Night at The Dome which takes place after the event. There will be a prize for the best dressed male and female on the night.
