Met Éireann Issues Weather Advisory For Ireland

IT’S going to get much colder later this week according to Met Éireann who have just issued a Weather Advisory for Ireland.

The advisory takes effect from late Wednesday afternoon and continues for all of Thursday and Friday. There will be sharp to severe frosts and icy stretches and some wintry showers too.

Until then, today will be cloudy and dry but there will be isolated patches of drizzle. Highest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees with light to moderate westerly breezes.

Wednesday will be similar but patchy rain is set to arrive later in the afternoon with more sustained rain arriving on Thursday and colder temperatures rising no higher than 4°C during the day.
