Well-Known Climate Activist To Give Talk At IT Tralee

A WELL-KNOWN climate activist and author will give a free talk in IT Tralee next week.

Dr Lorna Gold, author of ‘Climate Generation’, will visit the college on Thursday, April 11 from 1pm-2pm in Room L105 in the Solas Building, North Campus. It’s a free event and all are welcome.

As a climate activist and author, Lorna will share her personal journey in coming to understand what ‘climate change’ means to her – both as an activist and as a mother who is fearful for her children’s prospects in the face of climate change – and more importantly, what we can do to avoid the legacy of climate change.
